Downgrade iPhone to iOS 10.3.3
All of us were disappointed with the iOS11 update. Specifically, those of us who still have the iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6S and 6+.New operating system is crashing more applications and new features are decrease in performance.
Lucky first time Apple Inc has allow users to downgrade their operating system to previous version (iOS 10.3.3). Here’s exactly how I downgrade my iPhone from iOS 11 to iOS 10.3.3.
Before you start I recommended everyone to get backup each and every documents, once downgraded it will automatically restore the files and settings. Backups created on iOS 11 cannot be applied to lesser versions of iOS.
Install and check the latest version of the iTunes (in your computer)
iTunes > Account > Check for Available Downloads.
Here you can download the official IPSW 10.3.3 files
iPhone 7
iPhone 7 Plus
iPhone 6S
iPhone 6S Plus
iPhone 6
iPhone 6 Plus
iPhone SE
iPhone 5S
iPhone 5
iPhone 5C
Turn off find My iPhone in icloud (in your Iphone)
Settings > Your Name> iCloud > Find My iPhone
Connect iPhone to Computer (Recommended to use Original USB Cable)
Enter to the Device Firmware Upgrading Mode in your iPhone
Here is the way to enter the above DFU Mode
iPhone 5, 5S, SE, 6, 6PLUS, 6S
Hold the Power button + Home Button
iPhone 7,7 PLUS
Hold the Power button + Volume Down
Until you see the output on your PC
“Your phone is in recovery mode”
Once everything done, you can see this kind of screen in your iPhone.
Now you are ready to downgrade your iPhone, so Select the path where you have downloaded the IPSW files for your iPhone,
Hold down Shift Key on Windows “Restore iPhone” in iTunes.
In the window that appears, select the IPSW file you downloaded earlier.
It will take some times to verify the update.
Once verified, It will take approx 20–30 mins to Downgrade fully and restore your backups.
Congratulations,Now you are back to iOS 10.3.3.
